Use of Otaniemi facilities during the self-service hours

UniSport Otaniemi operates on a self-service basis for part of the day, so we have prepared brief instructions for you. Please read the instructions below.

Use of facilities

  • You can use the sports centre with a UniSport membership, a 10-visit card or a single visit. You can pay for, book and cancel services online and at any UniSport customer service point. You can purchase a free trial visit in the online shop with the promotional code "freevisit".
  • As a new member or 10-visit card customer, be sure to pick up your access card at the customer service desk before your first visit. Please note that the Otaniemi customer service is open part of the day. Please check the sports centre's website for opening hours.
  • When the customer service desk is closed, you can enter through the side door on Luolamiehentie with your access card or a one-time pin code. You can pick your access card from the customer service desk during opening hours and the pin code can be found on the receipt of the service you have paid for (single visits and trial visit, massage).
  • You can access the changing rooms with your access card or pin code. Remember to bring your own lock for the locker.
  • Leave the sports centre by closing time.

Gym

You can access the gym via the access gate with your access card or pin code. The gym visit is validated by passing through the gym gate.

Group exercise classes

Use the validation device in front of the exercise hall Aalto or in the lobby to validate the group exercise classes with your access card or pin code.

Ball game groups

Use the validation device in front of the exercise hall Aalto or in the lobby to validate the ball game groups with your access card or pin code. Please note that there is no equipment rental during the self-service hours.

    • Reports of faults in the facilities and gym equipment (e.g. defects in toilets, malfunctioning equipment).
