Membership

• Membership includes access to the gyms, ball game groups, group exercise classes, and online services at all UniSport centres.
• You can choose a 12-month, 4-month, or 1-month prepaid membership or a monthly membership.
• The monthly membership is fixed-term for 12 months, after which it continues as an open-ended membership. The notice period for an open-ended membership is one full membership period, meaning the membership will end at the end of the period following the cancellation.
• The part-time membership is valid at all times except Monday–Thursday from 15:00 to 20:30.
• Includes a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
• 12-month memberships purchased at the normal or discounted customer price include one (1) month of holiday suspension.
• Membership becomes active from your first visit or no later than 30 days after the date of purchase.
• If you purchase your membership through our online store, you will also need an access card to enter our facilities and validate your participation in services. You can collect the card from customer service during your first visit.

10-visit card

• The 10-visit card includes access to the gyms, ball game groups, and group exercise classes at all UniSport centres.
• The 10-visit card includes booking rights. The number of active bookings allowed equals the number of remaining visits. You can attend multiple services during a single visit.
• The part-time card is valid at all times except Monday–Thursday from 15:00 to 20:30.
• The validity period starts from the date of purchase and remains valid for six months (180 days).
• If you purchase your season pass through our online store, you will also need an access card to enter our facilities and validate your participation in services. You can collect the card from customer service during your first visit.

Single visit

• For new customers, the first single visit is free with the code "freevisit."
• The single visit includes access to the gyms, ball game groups, and group exercise classes at all UniSport centres.
• The part-time single visit is valid at all times except Monday–Thursday from 15:00 to 20:30.
• You may attend multiple services during a single visit.
• The single visit is valid from the time of purchase until the end of the following calendar day. It includes booking rights, which are activated immediately upon purchase. One single visit allows you to make one booking.
• If purchased via the online store, a pin code is provided at checkout and included in the confirmation email. You can sign in to the gym, group exercise class, or ball game session by using the pin code at the validation device or by signing in at customer service.

Online

• Online includes access to live online classes, booking rights for them, and class recordings.
• Available as a 12-month, 4-month, or 1-month membership, or as a Online24h single visit.
• The Online24 option is valid until the end of the following calendar day.

Memberships and other sports services may be purchased online if you have an online banking agreement with Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Aktia, S-pankki POP Bank or Nooa Savings Bank.
