UniSport Otaniemi operates part of the day on a self-service basis. During self-service hours there is no customer service or cashier service on site, so we have prepared instructions for you.

- New member or 10-visit card customers, be sure to pick up your access card for access to the facilities at any UniSport customer service desk. Please note that customer service desk in Otaniemi is open part of the day. Check the opening hours above on this page.
- For other services (e.g. single visits, massage), you will find the pin code for access to the facilities on your payment receipt.

This spacious mirrored room, flooded with natural light from the skylights is a perfect room for larger events. The space is recommended for approximately 30 people.
