Gym Guidance

Are you looking for guidance at the gym or tips for your workout routine? During gym guidance hours, a personal trainer will be present to help you use the equipment and machines and to offer training tips.

If you need support, for example with using the gym equipment, a UniSport personal trainer will be available during Gym Guidance hours to provide advice and tips.

You can use services at your chosen sports centres with a membership, a 10-visit card or a single visit.

During our Gym Guidance hours, a personal trainer is available at the gym and can answer your questions about:

  • tips for training to support your goals and needs
  • tips for correct and safe techniques
  • guidance for using the equipment in the gym
  • tips for which forms of training, sports and services would benefit you.

Gym Guidance is a a free service open for our customers. You do not need a reservation. Find the next convenient time for you and just turn up! You can see the weekly Gym Guidance hours on our reservation calendar.
