Take a break!
Welcome to take a break!
- We offer free break exercise sessions on campus and as online live streams in the Technogym app.
- No separate registration is required for the sessions.
- Schedules and possible cancellations can be found in the UniSport group exercise calendar on the website under each campus. Sessions are not held on public holidays.
- Take a Break!: A relaxing break exercise session that activates the body, boosts alertness, and helps interrupt prolonged sitting during the work or study day.
- Shake a Break!: A more dance-inspired break exercise session that lifts your mood through movement and music.
- Mind a break!: A calming break session where you pause in the moment through mindfulness exercises and gentle movement in the middle of the work or study day.

- Viikki: Take a Break! – Tuesdays at 13:00–13:15. Biocenter 3, 2nd floor lobby (Viikinkaari 1).
- Otaniemi: Take a Break! – Tuesdays at 13:30–13:45. Undergraduate Centre, 2nd floor, outside lecture halls A and B (Otakaari 1).
- Otaniemi: Mind a Break! – Tuesdays at 14:00–14:15. Learning Centre, 2nd floor lobby (Otaniementie 9).
- Otaniemi: Take a Break! – Tuesdays at 14:30–14:45. Väre building, stairs from main lobby to basement (Otaniementie 14).
- City Centre: Take a Break! – Wednesdays at 12:30–12:45. Kaisa House, library guidance corner (Fabianinkatu 30).
- Töölö: Take a Break! (in Swedish) – Wednesdays at 14:30–14:45. 2nd floor, outside lecture hall Max (Arkadiankatu 22).
- Sörnäinen (Uniarts): Take a Break! – Thursdays at 14:30–14:45. Mylly, 2nd floor lobby (Sörnäisten rantatie 19).
Online livestreamed sessions

Join the online live stream in the Technogym app. With a membership, 10-visit card, or single visit, you can also attend the session at the Kluuvi sports center in the K4 hall.
