Gym training workshops
During PT Weeks, our personal trainers will be leading workshops at the gyms, including sessions on squat and deadlift techniques. You can participate with a valid membership, a 10-visit card, or a single-entry fee. Join us to refine your technique or get inspired by new exercises!
Gym challenges: deadlift and pull-up competitions
At UniSport Kluuvi and Otaniemi, you can compete in deadlift and pull-up max challenges. There are three different categories, and the top performer in each category will be rewarded. Sign up and come test your strength!

Nutrition coach IG Live: Intuitive eating and health-supporting nutrition – How to combine them?
Join our Instagram Live on Tuesday, April 21 at 6:30 PM to hear tips from a nutrition coach on intuitive eating and healthy nutrition. You can ask questions during the live or submit them in advance via the IG Stories question box on April 14. The live will be held on UniSport’s Instagram account @unisportfi. Please note that Live will be in Finnish.
Guided body composition measurements
Do you know how your body is doing? A body composition measurement is a motivating way to assess your body and track changes over time. The goal is to encourage you to maintain sufficient physical activity and healthy eating habits. During the guided session, a personal trainer will provide individual feedback on your results and advice for next steps.

Looking for guidance at the gym or tips for your training? During designated gym guidance hours, a personal trainer will be available to help you use equipment and provide training advice. No booking is required – just check the schedule and show up!
PT Chat – Ask an expert on WhatsApp
In UniSport’s PT Chat, you can chat directly with a personal trainer and get expert advice on training, nutrition, or recovery. You can send messages via WhatsApp throughout the week – our personal trainer Heikki replies to questions on Wednesdays.
