Find your own way of moving
The best way to move is to do it your way. So think about what you like most about the way you move and why you move. Do you prefer to move by yourself, in a group or even in a group from home? Do you get extra motivation from the instructor or do you motivate yourself? What kind of goals inspire and motivate you? Take the courage to fulfil yourself through sport and enjoy the journey!
