Autumn Campaign

During the autumn campaign (18 August – 30 September 2025), you can test UniSport’s Membership Services free of charge: try gym training, group exercise classes, or ball game groups, and explore our sports centres.

  • As a new customer, receive a free trial visit with code “freevisit.”
  • During the campaign, get three free part-time trial visits with code “autumn.” These are valid at any UniSport centre outside Mon–Thu 15:00–20:30.
  • Follow @unisportfi on Instagram and TikTok and participate in our social media giveaway.

All of these services are included in membership

  • Choose from 12 mo, 4 mo, or 1 mo Memberships.
  • We also offer more affordable Part-time Memberships, valid at all times except Mon–Thu 15:00–20:30.
  • You can also use UniSport services with a 10-Visit Card or a Single Visit, but these do not include access to Online Services.
  • If you only want online services, choose an Online Membership (12, 4, or 1 mo) or a one-off Online24h.

Membership Services

Gym Training

  • Gym Training available at all UniSport centres
  • Gym Guidance sessions where you can ask UniSport Personal Trainer for advice on using gym equipment or training
  • Workshops on exercise technique (Weeks 46–47)
  • PT Chat, chat directly with a personal trainer

Group Exercise

Over 30 different group excercise classes in different categories. New classes available: Mindful Moment CMIF®, Power Circuit, Physio Neck & Back. Categories include:

  • Yoga & Pilates

  • Spin

Online Services

Ball Game Groups

Join futsal, volleyball, floorball, basketball, and cricket:

UniSport Buddy Group

  • A low-threshold group on Signal to find workout, sports, or running mates.
  • Open to students and staff; membership not required.
  • Join UniSport Buddy Group

Break Exercise – free for university community

  • Take a Break! sessions – now also with dance breaks; available on campus, via live stream, and as recordings
  • Break Pro App – short exercises designed by physiotherapists; includes ergonomics, mindfulness, voice, and facial exercises

Other Services – recovery and goal-oriented training

  • Massage (45 or 60 min), at affordable prices
  • Personal Training & Coaching, with individual or small-group coaching, courses, nutrition guidance, and body composition analysis
  • Courses – learn a new sport or improve technique; group-based and exclusive to university members

Community Services
