Instructions for Töölö self-service gym
Töölö self-service gym does not have customer service, so we have prepared short instructions for you. Please read the instructions below.
Use of the facilities
- You can use the self-service facility with a UniSport training card, a 10-visit card or a single fee. There is no customer service in UniSport Töölö. You can pay services online and at any UniSport customer service point. You can redeem a trial visit in the online shop with the promotional code "freevisit".
- New training card or 10-card customers, remember to pick up your access card for access to the facilities at any UniSport customer service desk in Kluuvi, Kumpula or Otaniemi. Check the opening hours of the customer service on the sports centres' own websites.
- For other services (single visit, free visit), you find the pin code on your payment receipt. You will need it for access to the facilities.
- Remember to bring your own lock for the locker.
- Leave the facilities by closing time.
Gym
You can access the gym via the access gate with your access card or pin code. The gym visit is validated by passing through the gym gate.

- Insecure situations requiring the presence of a guard
- In case of customer negligence, if an on-site visit is required, e.g. to access the changing room facilities or to unlock the locker, we charge 70 €.
- Leave maintenance requests using this form
- Reports of faults in the facilities and gym equipment (e.g. defects in toilets, malfunctioning equipment).
- Acute notifications of faults in the building, e.g. water damage or power failure, can also be reported to the customer sercive of UniSport.
