Power Circuit
Power Circuit is a circuit workout done at the gym that develops strength endurance.
The class includes strength exercises using the gym’s equipment, such as kettlebell swings, sled pushes, squats, and deadlifts, depending on the available gear. The focus is on building strength endurance, and your heart rate will increase. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds. The session includes a warm-up with exercise instruction, followed by the workout itself.
Who is it for?
The 55-minute Power Circuit Beginners class is for everyone! The session includes a slightly longer warm-up focused on exercise technique.
The 45-minute Power Circuit class is recommended for those with some prior training experience.
How can I participate?
You can participate in Power Circuit through the weekly group exercise classes.
In Meilahti, the class is held in the smaller gym room.
In Otaniemi, the class takes place in the Tyyni room at the back of the downstairs gym.
Bring stretchy sports clothes, gym shoes, a towel and a drinking bottle.
