This page contains all the paragraph types that an editor can use for content creation.
Accordion
An accordion paragraph can contain a link to a modal window, a text above the nested accordion items, and a text below the nested accordion items.

Content list
A content list contains pre-defined content, which is displayed in a linear view. Currently the following content lists are supported:
- Social media updates

Enkora venue info displays the the popularity of any venue at given time, i.e., how crowded the gym is.

Group
A group paragraph allows placing two paragraphs side-by-side (left side, right side).
Liftup

An arbitrary text paragraph on the right side of the group paragraph.
Hero
A hero paragraph can contain textual information, a link, a background image, and additional logos.
If hero paragraph is added with the Small style option, the hero element look more compact.
Horizontal row
To place multiple arbitrary paragraphs into one row, place the paragraphs into the horizontal row paragraph.

Image
An image paragraph renders an image.
If multiple images are added to the image paragraph, they are displayed in carousel.

Liftup are blocks containg an image, a text and a link.

Strength training helps you retain the muscle mass, which decreases every year, if not used to its' full potential.

A link paragraph contains only one element - a centered link.
Outline box (with simple border)
An outline box with a simple border.
To create an outline border with a simple box:
- Add an Outline box paragraph.
- Select Simple border in the Style field.

An outline box with a blue border.
To create an outline border with a blue box:
- Add an Outline box paragraph.
- Select Blue border in the Style field.
Persons
Persons paragraph displays the person liftups.
Section
A section allows you to change the background color of the paragraphs. Simply add a section paragraph, and add any paragraph inside it to have a tinted background.
Ballet
A liftup with the ballet dancer with the beige background.
Services
The services paragraph allows you to display services as liftups.
Social links
A social links paragraph displays the icons and the links to social networks.
Omit the title in the link fields to display only icons.
Sports
The sports block displays sports as liftups.
Spin Easy
The blue Spin Easy is a low-intensity-level class in which having fun comes first. You will be slightly winded without getting exhausted. The class is versatile and light. There are no steep rises or spurts.
Who is it for?
Spin Easy is suitable for all! It is an excellent class for both a beginner’s first kind of workout as well as a recovery workout for avid-exercisers.
How can I participate?
You will need to bring with you stretchy sports clothes, cycling shoes or other hard sole gym shoes, and a drinking bottle. A sweat towel is obligatory.
Flow Yoga
Flow Yoga is a flowing form of yoga that develops mobility, balance and body control. The exercises practised during the classes warm and open up the body and relax the mind. In Flow Yoga, breathing is deepened and your metabolism activates. You move from one asana (yoga movement) to the next without taking a break, and the breathing and movement flow without interruptions.
Flow Yoga combines the best parts of different yoga styles, and the exact content varies depending on the instructor. The class involves exercises that strengthen the body and increase mobility. The class may also involve short breathing exercises.
Who is it for?
Flow Yoga classes are most suitable for those that already know the basics of yoga asanas. Each class progresses in a flowing style, so it is good for example if the sun greeting series is already familiar to you. The class may also involve strength-building exercises.
How can I participate?
You can participate in Flow Yoga through the weekly group exercise classes.
If possible, you should bring your own yoga mat with you. A yoga mat allows you to exercise safely and efficiently, and is also hygienically a more pleasant option. If you like, you may also use an exercise mat available on-site.
In addition to the mat, you will need stretchy and warm clothes. We will be exercising without shoes. You can bring a drinking bottle if desired.
BODYBALANCE™
BODYBALANCE ® is a yoga-inspired workout done to music that combines elements of tai chi and Pilates. The class develops both mobility and core strength while calming the mind.
Who is it for?
The class is equally suitable for experienced yoga practitioners, those starting to exercise, as well as anyone seeking training that complements other forms of exercise.
How can I participate?
You can participate in the weekly BODYBALANCE group training classes. Bring stretchy sports clothes and a drinking bottle. You will not need footwear for the classes
HIIT
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is an intense workout in which a thorough warm-up is followed by alternating short, intensive interval sections and recovery periods. The heart rate is kept high and the class makes use of easy but intensive moves such as jumps and sprints.
Who is it for?
The class is best suitable for all that already exercise fairly regularly and are looking for a maximal workout.
How can I participate?
You can participate in HIIT through the weekly group exercise classes. Bring stretchy sports clothes, gym shoes, a sweat towel and a drinking bottle.

A text paragraph contains an HTML code, and can display headings, simple text, formatted text, links, embedded media items (images).
