Stair Days are celebrated on 3–9 November 2025. During the campaign week, everyone is encouraged to take the stairs instead of the elevator and to pay attention to taking regular breaks from sitting. Climbing stairs is also a great way to get an effective workout.

Make the most of stairs in your daily life

You can easily take part in Stair Days by making small but meaningful choices in your everyday life – take the stairs instead of the elevator or walk part of your commute! During the week, you can increase your daily activity and support your wellbeing by breaking up long periods of sitting and using the stairs whenever possible.

Get a great workout on the stairs

Stairs also offer an excellent opportunity for an efficient workout – no equipment or reservations needed.
