Get inspired for your gym training with our workshops!
How to Join?
The workshops are suitable for both beginners and more experienced gym-goers. Workshops are held in Finnish. You can participate with a valid UniSport membership, a 10-visit card, or a single entry ticket. Workshops can be booked six days before the event. Single visits allow booking the day before the workshop. Bring suitable gym clothing and a water bottle with you!

- Deadlift: Fri 17 Apr, 18:00–20:00
- Strong Glutes: Wed 22 Apr, 10:00–12:00
- Strong Core: Fri 24 Apr, 9:00–11:00
UniSport Kumpula
- Strong Glutes: Wed 15 Apr, 14:30–16:30
- Strong Upper Body: Wed 22 Apr, 17:45–19:45
