We offer several options for exercising at home, whether you are looking for an alternative or ideas to a short or longer workout or even a quick break exercise. You don't need much equipment. Just clear some space, spread you training mat and get going!

If your workout routines, for example certain weekly exercise classes, are out of your daily routine, the amount of exercise may decrease over time. However, you can also train remotely. Virtual workouts take place where you have an internet connection and a screen.

We offer a variety of options to support your exercising, even though the sports centres are closed.

Livestream classes

With Livestream classes you can continue to exercise at home! You can participate with Training card, 10-visit card or Livestream Per-visit fee. We offer 5-7 different classes per day. Choose from pilates and yoga to body care as well as classes from our Strength and Endurance category. Book a class in our booking system latest 1 hour prior the class. Before the class starts you will receive an email from us with a Zoom link to participate. Read more about our Live stream classes!

Online Training video library

From our online Training video library, you can choose a workout almost wherever and whenever you want! As a Training card customer, you have an access to 24 different workouts for many tastes and needs. In addition, you’ll also find a guided warm-up in the library.
