Tips for beginners
UniSport has a broad selection of weekly classes, which are suitable for beginners. The beginner-friendly classes do not require prior experience. Just put on your favorite sports clothes, grab your water bottle and you are ready! Feel free to try out different classes and approach our staff if you have any questions, they are always happy to help.
