The new telephone customer service hours will take effect on 2 November 2026.

From then on, customer service will be available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 and on weekends from 10:00 to 18:00. Customer service can still be reached at the familiar number: +358 272 0701.

The opening hours of the customer service desks at the exercise centres will remain unchanged.
