Technical problems with validation devices – fix in progress
Over the past week, our sports centers’ validation devices have experienced technical problems, which means validations for group exercise classes and ball game sessions have not always registered correctly. As a result, some customers may see unjustified account blocks.
We are currently addressing the issue and implementing fixes to get the devices back in full working order. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience!
