Casual players
The practice sessions are for casual playing. Beginning players as well as those with a bit more experience can join in. Players manage the session autonomously as they choose teams, start games, see that the games finish on time and return the equipment. Wednesdays slot in Otahalli at 19-20.00 is played in cooperation with Westend Indians. Due to this the amount of players through UniSport is 12.
Experienced players
This practice is a good way to follow through after a course, and is also suitable for players with more experience. Players manage the session autonomously as they choose teams, start games, see that the games finish on time, and return the equipment.

Muscle Care
This four-session course will provide you with hints for muscle self-care. You will get to know stretching techniques such as dynamic and static stretches as well as various muscle care equipment, such as foam rollers. You will also learn the theory of what muscle membranes are as well as general information on muscle load and recovery.
This course is suitable for everyone. Please note that it will be held in Finnish.
Salsa
Popular worldwide salsa combines get-up-and-go Latino tempos such as merengue, rumba and mambo. Practice Cuban dance, learning the steps while working out your body. Dance partners are not required.
Salsa group training classes suit both beginners and those with some previous experience.
Salsa in Pairs Course
Couple salsa is all about flexible dancing and Latino rhythms! The course includes rhythm, body control and Cuban step pattern exercises. You can come to the course on your own or enroll with a friend. You will also change partners on the course.
Bring stretchy sports clothes and a drinking bottle, a small sweat towel and indoor shoes suitable for dancing.
