Special Expertise

In my work as a sports massage therapist, I draw on my in-depth understanding of human movement and anatomy. I draw on my background as a professional dancer and circus artist to help my clients improve both their physical and mental performance, take care of their bodies, and find the optimal balance between exertion and recovery. My approach combines practical body maintenance with goal-oriented training guidance, based on my years of experience in demanding physical disciplines.

In my artistic career, I have specialized in contemporary dance and circus arts, such as aerial acrobatics. I have furthered my dance education at institutions such as the University of the Arts Helsinki and the Alvin Ailey School, and have gained extensive international experience in Europe and Australia. I have worked with organizations such as No Fit State Circus and the Finnish National Opera and Ballet. The keen observational skills and knowledge of biomechanics I’ve developed through my artistic work also form a strong foundation for the wellness services I offer.
