The group of participants will remain the same throughout the course. Courses are not included in the membership. A separate fee is charged for course participation according to your customer group.

Group exercise classes are weekly classes included in the membership and 10-visit card. You can participate in the classes at any time during the season. You do not need previous experience of the class or sport unless otherwise stated in the class description. The contents of the class may change every time, and instruction is not progressive as in courses.

We close the doors to the group training space when the class begins. Once the class has started, you will no longer be able to participate in the class. When a person arrives late, they disrupt the class and the concentration of other participants and the instructor.

In some classes, we use equipment that is collected at the beginning of the class. After the class has already begun, it is also dangerous to move the equipment around other participants. In classes such as yoga, calming down and relaxing at the beginning of the class is an important part of the class.

We hope that you will respect both the instructor's work and the other participants by arriving in time for the class.

Using membership you can have seven group exercise classes booked at a time. As 10-visit Card customer you can have active reservations as many as you have remaining visits on the card.
