Indoor Cardio
Indoor Cardio is an effective, instructor-led interval workout on the treadmill, or on other cardio machines if you prefer, tailored to your level. Each session includes a warm-up and a main training phase.

How to participate?
You can take part in the weekly group exercise classes. Bring comfortable workout clothes, running or indoor training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.
