UniSport Töölö operates on a self-service basis. There is no customer service or cashier service on site, so we have prepared instructions for you. Please take a look at the instructions.
- New member or 10-visit card customers, be sure to pick up your access card for access to the facilities at UniSport customer service desk in Kluuvi, Kumpula or Otaniemi. Check the opening hours of the customer service on the sports centres' own websites.
- For other services (e.g. single visits, badminton, massage), you will find the pin code for access to the facilities on your payment receipt.

UniSport Töölö's spacious self-service gym is over 300 square metres in size. The gym's high ceiling and the light flooding in through the windows make the space spacious and welcoming. The gym is well-equipped to cater for a wide range of different types of exercisers.
