Welcome to UniSport’s webinar to learn how recovery and exercise can promote your wellbeing. The webinar will be held in Finnish and will be recorded with subtitles in Finnish, Swedish and English for all subscribers to UniSport’s Wellbeing Tips.

The speaker is physiotherapist and personal trainer Hanna Autio. The webinar discusses the physiology of recovery and provides practical tips on what kind of exercise supports recovery.

  • What is stress and what impacts does it have on your body?
  • Mental and physical recovery – how are they interlinked?
  • What kind of recovery is right for you?
  • How does exercise support recovery in active and less active lifestyles?

The webinar will be held on 20 November,99:30 AM, in Finnish and will be recorded with subtitles in Finnish, Swedish and English for all subscribers to UniSport’s Wellbeing Tips.
