Autumn campaign

Redeem your autumn campaign benefit August 18–September 30:

1. Register as a customer

To use the benefit, you need customer credentials for UniSport. Register easily online! If you are a university member, use HAKA login when registering to automatically see your discounted price group.

2. Go to the online store

• In the online store, select "Single visit, part-time." Enter the campaign code "autumn" in the code field. Read and accept the terms of use, then click "pay" to activate your free single visit. The part-time single visit is valid during the sports centers’ opening hours, except Monday to Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
• If you are a new customer, you can also redeem a free single visit with the code "freevisit"
• Booking and attending group exercise classes and ball game groups is possible during the validity of your visit.
• You will receive a confirmation email with a PIN code, which you use to check in at the gym entrance gates and access the sports centers. If you attend a group exercise class or ball game group, check in with your PIN code at the stamping device located in the sports center. The PIN code is valid for 4 hours from the time of stamping.
• You can purchase a part-time single visit free of charge up to 3 times until September 30. A single visit (including the right to book classes) is valid from the time of purchase until the end of the following day, so please do not buy all your visits at once.

3. Visit the sports center

• If you need assistance, please check our website for customer service opening hours.
• Remember to check in with the stamping device for group exercise classes or ball game groups, or at the gym entrance gate.
• Please note that booked group exercise classes must be canceled according to UniSport’s terms of use if you cannot attend. For no-shows, a 5-euro reactivation fee will be charged. Late arrivals are not allowed.
• For your workout, bring comfortable sportswear, indoor shoes, a water bottle, a sweat towel, and a padlock for the locker. You can buy a lock from customer service or rent one for the duration of your workout.
