The opening hours of Kumpula and Otaniemi will be extended on July 10 - Partial self-service will be introduced
The opening hours of the Kumpula and Otaniemi sports centers will be extended from Monday 10 July 2023. From 10 July, Kumpula and Otaniemi will be open every day from 5 a.m. to midnight and part of the time the customer will operate in the premises on a self-service basis.
Customer service
Until 9 July the opening hours of the Kumpula and Otaniemi sports centres and the customer service will remain unchanged.
From 10 July we will serve you in Kumpula and Otaniemi as follows:
- Mon-Fri 9-21
- Sat-Sun 10-20
The customer service is also available by phone, email and chat from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends.
When the customer service desk is closed, you operate in the premises independently. Please make sure you have a valid training card, 10-session card, single visit or reservation for the service you have paid for. You will also need a sports card ("sporttikortti") or pin code to enter the premises. You can pick up your sports card at the customer service desk during their opening hours and you will find the pin code on the receipt of the service you have purchased (single visits, badminton, massage). Please note that during self-service hours there is no merchandise or equipment rental. Ball equipment is available for free loan for ball games and badminton. Please return the equipment you have borrowed to the same place.
Entrance and access to the premises
- From 10 July access from the front door and access to the changing rooms during self-service hours will be by using a sports card or a one-time pin code. Access to the gym is by sports card or pin code during all opening hours.
- From 10 July a second entrance will be introduced at Otaniemi, which will be open every day from 5 a.m. to midnight. New entrance will be from Luolamiehentie, opposite the sports field. Access from the main entrance will be possible during the opening hours of the customer service desk.
- Entering and signing in to the gym is via an access gate by showing your sports card or by entering your one-time pin code. The gates to the gym will be opened on 19 June in Kumpula and on 20 June in Otaniemi.
