Member of the University Community – Join the free 10-Week Challenge in February 2026!
UniSport’s 10-week challenge kicks off on 23 February 2026, offering university students and staff an opportunity to build a consistent exercise routine. During the challenge, you’ll also get free access to UniSport’s online membership!
The goal of the challenge is to make physical activity a natural part of your everyday life, boosting your energy, endurance, and overall well-being. The program is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level, and progresses gradually so your body can adapt. You can flexibly fit the workouts into your study or work schedule and take part anywhere – on your own or with a friend.
The challenge is guided by Hanna Autio, UniSport’s instructor, personal trainer, and physiotherapist. She shares a new weekly workout plan and provides motivation through a dedicated Signal group.
Free 10-week Training program
The challenge includes 3–4 short workouts per week to improve strength, endurance, and mobility. Each week’s plan is published in the Signal group at the start of the week. The program includes:
- 2–3 independent workouts
- One guided workout streamed live via the Technogym app. UniSport offers a free 10-week online membership so you can join Technogym livestreams. The guided workout can also be done on-site at the sports center with a single visit, a 10-visit card, or a membership.
You can also replace the weekly guided session with an independent workout, for which you will receive separate instructions.
The challenge is free. Participation requires a free checkout in our online store to confirm your registration. After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Instructions for starting the challenge and downloading the necessary apps will be emailed to all participants on 20 February 2026.
Schedule:
- 19 February 2026: Registration closes. No late entries.
- 20 February 2026: Instructions sent via email for starting the challenge and downloading Technogym and Signal apps.
