This change is due to the low utilization rate of live-streamed classes and recurring technical challenges faced by the service provider. We want to ensure that we provide our customers with high-quality and reliable services, which is why we are discontinuing live-streamed online classes.

Online Services Starting January 1, 2027

• The live-streamed online classes included in UniSport’s online services will end on December 31, 2026.
• Online services will continue to be available through the Technogym app, and the online recordings library will remain available as usual, allowing you to exercise whenever it suits you best, at your own pace and according to your personal goals.

This change does not require any action from customers and does not affect the Take a Break! online live-streamed exercise sessions, which will continue as normal.

Customers with a valid online membership after January 1, 2027, may cancel their online membership by the end of the year due to this change. We have informed all customers with an online membership about the change via email.
