We are looking for a Marketing Planner for a parental leave substitute position. You will be responsible for customer marketing for our sports centres and for taking our digital marketing to the next level. The role combines creative thinking, data-driven development and hands-on execution. The position starts around September–October (or by agreement) and ends at the end of October 2027. The primary place of work is our office on Vuorikatu in Helsinki.
Your key responsibilities include:
- planning, implementing and developing email marketing and marketing automation
- ideating and producing newsletters and other content
- developing the customer journey through automation (acquisition, activation and engagement)
- producing and updating content for our website and online store

- relevant studies in marketing at a university of applied sciences or university level
- experience in digital marketing, particularly email marketing and automation
- the ability to combine creative thinking with an analytical approach
- an interest in developing marketing through data
- a proactive and collaborative approach to work
Previous experience in marketing within service or customer-oriented businesses and/or the sports and wellbeing sector will be considered an advantage.

The salary is based on level 8 of the University Salary System’s job requirement level for other specialist and support staff. In addition, a personal performance-based component is paid. At the beginning of the employment relationship, your total salary will be approximately €3,000–€3,400 per month, depending on your experience and skills.
