Sauna Yoga is a relaxing and all-encompassing exercise for the body and the mind performed in sauna.

Sauna Yoga is an all-encompassing exercise for the body and the mind. It aims to  unite those two through movement, breathing, warmth and silence.  The poses help to strengthen the body, increase mobility, improve concentration and turn our attention on being in the here and now. Sauna Yoga has a deep relaxing effect with an additional benefit of increased metabolism and the removal of toxins. Many of the poses are simple and the challenge is purely in repetition and in holding them for long periods, even for several minutes. A single Sauna Yoga session is typically 30 minutes long and the poses are done sitting down on wooden benches in approximately 50 degrees Celsius.

Sauna Yoga is an ideal workout for anyone regardless of age, size or level of fitness and requires no previous yoga training experience.
