Body Weight Training

Exercise at home, in the park, on the street or at the gym! Your gym is where you are: no equipment is needed for bodyweight training.

Body Weight Training encompasses a variety of exercises, such as squats, push-ups and jumps, which require strength and challenge your whole body. Small variations can make basic exercises, such as the push-up, extremely challenging, as well as fun and creative. Bodyweight training improves your strength, skills and endurance. During the course, you will practise a variety of strength exercises and a wide range of moves that challenge your entire body. Most importantly, you will train based on your own initial level.
