Running Easy
Join us for a group run!
Running Easy is a relaxed approximately 40-minute run, with a pace depending on participants, usually between 6:30 and 7 minutes per kilometer.
Who is it for?
Suitable for anyone interested in running who wants to enjoy the outdoors in a group!
How to participate?
- You can join through weekly group exercise classes.
- In Kumpula, we meet in front of the center. Please check in for the class before participating!
- You will need weather-appropriate running gear.
