Relax
The class offers a breather in the middle of everyday life or at the end of a work or study day. During the session, at least two different exercises are practiced to relax and restore both mind and body. These exercises help calm the body and mind, reduce stress, and promote recovery. The class ends with a final relaxation.
Exercises are done sitting, standing, in light movement, or lying down. All exercises are guided and simple, requiring no prior experience or physical fitness. During the class, phones are kept silent or turned off and away from the practice area. Background music may be used.

How to participate?
You can join through weekly group exercise classes. You can attend in everyday clothes. No shoes are needed during the class.
