One of the best ways to inspire work communities to exercise is to enable physical activity at or immediately near the workplace. UniSport offers excellent opportunities for exploring new forms of exercise and finding inspiration for collective physical activity – both remotely and on site.
Imagine a workday that includes a refreshing 15-minute exercise break or concludes with a relaxing yoga session. Our most popular offerings include yoga as well as body maintenance classes and exercises, which help to recover and improve mobility.
We offer our services on a seasonal basis, both in the autumn and spring. The exact duration can always be tailored to meet the specific needs of your group.This enables your team to find the best way to move together and take care of your wellbeing.
Group exercise classes for your team
Make physical activity your community’s new favourite thing! Bring your team or community together and enjoy weekly workout sessions that benefit both body and mind – suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced exercisers.
Choose the class or activity that best matches your group's goals and preferences, and we'll provide an instructor to suit your needs. Depending on the activity, sessions can be held at UniSport's facilities, at your own premises, or entirely online. Prices start from €120 per session (VAT excluded). Together with UniSport, you can create a varied and motivating exercise programme that inspires every participant and supports wellbeing.
Yoga – for beginners and more experienced practitioners
Our wide range of yoga classes offers something for everyone. Our most popular class is Yin Yoga, a calming practice that improves flexibility through long, passive stretches while giving both body and mind time to relax.
We also offer Gentle Hatha Yoga and Flow Yoga. Gentle Hatha Yoga focuses on the fundamental yoga postures (asanas) and helps develop breathing techniques, body awareness, balance, and inner calm. Flow Yoga is a dynamic practice where movements flow seamlessly from one pose to the next in sync with the breath, improving mobility, balance, strength, and body control.
Pilates – for beginners and more experienced participants
Pilates strengthens the body's deep stabilising muscles, helping to improve posture, core strength, and body control. Classes are performed with focus and precision, using the breathing techniques that are an essential part of Pilates practice. The level of each class can be tailored to suit your group's preferences and experience.
Active Break Sessions
Active Break Sessions provide exactly what their name suggests – a refreshing break during the workday. In just 15 minutes, you can release work-related tension, loosen tight neck and shoulder muscles, and recharge your energy. These short sessions are an excellent way to break up the day, whether in the early afternoon or whenever best fits your team's schedule. No previous fitness experience is needed, making these sessions suitable for everyone.
Power and Energy
For those looking for more high-intensity workouts, we offer BODYPUMP™ and Circuit classes. BODYPUMP™ is a full-body strength training class based on the Les Mills concept, using barbells and weight plates to work all the major muscle groups. Circuit is an effective circuit training class that combines cardio intervals with strength exercises using your own body weight and various training equipment. The workout can be adapted to suit your individual fitness level. These classes are available exclusively at UniSport's own facilities.
