Public transport

Bus number 56 and 506 drive to the nearest bus stop of UniSport Kumpula. About 350m walk from the bus stops of Hämeentie and Kustaa Vaasan tie where many buses and trams stop. All routes and time tables are easiest to find on HSL website.

By car

We have few parking spaces in behind of the UniSport Kumpula. There are more parking lots on the streets nearby. 

With a bike

It's easy to access UniSport Kumpula with a bike. Bicycle stand is right in front of our entrance. The nearest city bike station is located in front of the building by the street (Väinö Auerin katu). 
 

Accessibility information

Accessible entry on the ground floor, where the gym, massage, group exercise room and locker rooms are located. The upstairs sports hall can be reached by elevator, and the elevator key is available at the customer service desk during opening hours.

UniSport Kumpula operates part of the day on a self-service basis. During self-service hours there is no customer service or cashier service on site, so we have prepared instructions for you. Please take a look at the instructions.

  • New member or 10-visit card customers, be sure to pick up your access card for access to the facilities at any UniSport customer service desk. Please note that customer service desk in Kumpula is open part of the day. Check the opening hours above on this page.
  • For other services (e.g. single visits, badminton, massage), you will find the pin code for access to the facilities on your payment receipt.

We have almost 400 m² of gym at your use. In addition to well-equipped quality gym we offer several other opportunities for you to exercise and take care of yourself: group exercise, ball sports, massage and personal training services.

The large hall is very versatile and can easily welcome groups of sports and exercise enthusiasts or work communities for occupational wellbeing days or teambuilding sessions. The facilities are suitable for many different kinds of sports, and balls for team sports can be borrowed from customer service. The hall can be divided into three sections. The A and C sections have music equipment.
