Yin Yoga + Relax

Yin Yoga + Relax is a deeply relaxing class that combines long-held yin stretches with guided relaxation practices. The class focuses on calm, mostly floor-based postures that improve mobility and release tension, especially in the hips and spine. The practice is complemented by simple relaxation and mindfulness exercises that calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support recovery. The class is suitable for everyone, requires no previous experience, and ends with a deep relaxation. Music may be used during the session.

Yin yoga and relaxation exercises are suitable for everyone! The class is ideal if you are exploring yoga and mindfulness practices for the first time, but it also serves as a great foundational practice for those with prior yoga experience. Props are used as needed to support and make the postures more comfortable.

If possible, please bring your own yoga mat. A yoga mat enables safe and effective practice and is also more hygienic and comfortable. You may also use an exercise mat provided at the venue if you prefer. In addition to a mat, you’ll need flexible and warm clothing. The class is done barefoot. You may bring a water bottle if you wish. Please keep your phone on silent and outside the practice area.
