An intense sweat workout using stairs!
The class starts with a jog from the front yard of Porthania, followed by a group warm-up at the steps of the Cathedral. During the workout, participants run, jump, and step on the stairs in a varied manner.
Who is it for?
Especially suitable for those seeking a tough workout, but everyone can train according to their own fitness level.
How to participate?
- You participate by reserving a spot in the weekly group exercise classes and checking in before attending. Meeting point is the front yard of Porthania, followed by a group warm-up at the Cathedral steps.
- Remember to bring weather-appropriate running and training clothes as well as a water bottle.
