Gentle Hatha Yoga + Mindful Moment combines practices for both body and mind. The class includes calm, foundational hatha yoga movements, breathing exercises, and simple mindfulness practices that help bring your attention back to the present moment.

Mindfulness exercises are done at your own pace—sitting, standing, lying down, or in gentle movement. The class soothes both body and mind, reduces stress, and ավարտs with a relaxing final relaxation.

Gentle hatha yoga and mindfulness are suitable for everyone! The class is ideal if you are exploring yoga and mindfulness practices for the first time, but it also serves as a great foundational practice for those with prior experience in yoga or mindfulness.

You can join gentle hatha yoga through weekly group fitness classes.
If possible, please bring your own yoga mat. A yoga mat enables safe and effective practice and is also more hygienic and comfortable. You can also use an exercise mat provided at the venue if you prefer. In addition to a mat, you’ll need flexible and warm clothing. The class is done barefoot. You may bring a water bottle if you wish. Please keep your phone on silent and outside the practice area.
