Spin HIIT is a short and intense indoor cycling workout. Sweat guaranteed!
Spin HIIT, or high intensity interval training class, consists of short, high-intensity intervals on an indoor bike with recovery periods in between. The class includes a warm-up and intervals. The class has only a short cool-down at the end.
Who is it for?
Spin HIIT is suitable for those who like hard training. We do not recommend Spin HIIT as a beginner’s first class. However, you adjust the intensity of the workout yourself.
How to participate?
- You can participate in Spin HIIT through weekly group exercise classes at Kluuvi.
- You need flexible sports clothes, cycling shoes or other hard-soled indoor sports shoes, and a water bottle. Your own sweat towel is mandatory.
