The Porthania facilities are at your use in the same way as Töölö self-service gym with a valid Training card or 10-session punch card. You can purchase the card from the online shop or from any UniSport customer service point. In addition, if you are a new customer, in order to access the self-service facilities, you need a separate access card, which you can pick up from our customer service points. The closest customer service to Porthania is UniSport Kluuvi at Fabianinkatu 20 (Think Corner, K2 floor). You can also attend the classesin Porthania by purchising a per visit fee in Kluuvi. Per visit fee is not available online.

Instructions for customers with a Training card or a 10-session punch card

• Book a place in a class.
• When you arrive at UniSport Porthania, show a valid card to the reader on the lobby door.
• Register yourself  for the class at the self-service terminal. Showing your card at the door will not register you as a participant.
• If you have a reservation for consecutive classes, register for the second class as well.
• Show the card to the reader on the changing room door.
• Bring your card with you to class so you can get back to the changing room after class.

Instructions for a customer paying per visit

• Pay a per visit fee for the desired class at Kluuvi's customer service. A customer advisor will register you  and give you a pin code to access Porthania’s facilities.
• When you arrive to Porthania, enter the pin code you received into the reader in the exercise room lobby.
• Enter the code y into the reader on a dressing room door

Customer service present during week 38

Customer service will be available during a short transition period of week 38 (20.-26.9.). After this, the nearest customer service is located in Kluuvi.
