Starting January 2, 2025, entry PIN codes requested from customer service will be subject to a fee. If you don’t have your access card with you and need a PIN code for entry, you can obtain it from customer service for a fee of 5 euros. For occasional forgetfulness, we offer one free PIN code during each half of the year (1st January - 31st May and 1st June - 31st December).

On-site, the PIN code can be paid for directly at the sports center's customer service desk. For PIN codes requested by phone, the fee can be paid the following day via the UniSport website under your personal information, labeled as a “reactivation fee.”

If your access card is lost, you can purchase a new card for 5 euros at the customer service desk.

Please remember to always carry your access card with you when visiting UniSport!
