Les Mills is revamping its dance disciplines, and UniSport's dance offering is set to change between January and February, when SH'BAM™ will be discontinued and replaced by the energetic new class LES MILLS DANCE™.

LES MILLS DANCE™ is a 45-minute intensive dance workout that challenges and gets the body moving. The class consists of ten separate pieces, each with its own easy choreography. The dance genres change and you can work out to the latest chart hits as well as older gems.

The class is for all dance lovers, whether you're a beginner or a more experienced dancer!
