We have made changes to our Terms of Use. As a UniSport customer, you do not have to do anything about the updates to the Terms of Use. You can read the new terms and conditions by clicking on the link at the bottom of this message.  

Main change: sanctions in case of misuse  

We clarified the sanctions in the event that a person has borrowed their personal access rights (e.g. a training card or 10-visit card) or allowed a third party to access our facilities.  

In various cases of misuse, UniSport will charge a service fee in accordance with the price list. Lending a personal access right (e.g. a training card or 10-visit card) to another person or allowing an external person/persons to enter UniSport facilities will result in a penalty fee of 250€. On a case-by-case basis, cases of misuse may also result in the loss of the paid personal access right and a temporary ban on using the services. In cases of serious or repeated misconduct, we will report to the police.

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions once a year or as otherwise required by a material change in operating conditions.
