Mindful Moment CMIF®

Mindful Moment CMIF® is a guided moment for pausing and strengthening the skills of presence.

Book classes

During the class, you will practice at least two different exercises that support your ability to concentrate and bring your attention back to the present moment. The exercises help calm the body and mind, reduce stress, and promote recovery.

The exercises are done sitting, standing, lying down, or in gentle movement. Each exercise lasts about 5–15 minutes. During the class, phones must be silenced or turned off and kept away from the practice area. No background music is used in the class.

Who is it for?

The class is suitable for everyone. All exercises are guided and simple, and no previous experience or physical fitness is required.

How to participate?

You can participate through weekly group exercise classes. You can join the class in regular clothes. No shoes are needed.
