Physical activity background and work experience
I have over ten years of experience as a health and exercise professional. I have particularly focused on body movement control, as well as strength coaching.
My physical activity background is in combat sports, particularly Brazilian jiu-jitsu and submission wrestling, but I am currently focusing on strength training.
Personal coaching is based on the individual. It is influenced by your current life situation, lifestyle, personal exercise habits and goals for coaching. We will go through these together and map your strengths and areas that need to be developed.
I want to ensure that my customers receive as effective training as possible, without compromising on safety and technique, and to increase their mobility and strength. The most effective means of preventing injury is to increase strength levels and to develop proprioseptics and motion control. We will find out together what level you will be starting at. I will take this into account and create a safe and efficient training programme, whether it be post-injury training, advanced training or something in between.
As a coach, I am friendly and understanding and have a good sense of humour, but I am also demanding and resolute.
