Guidance and Consultation

Would you like to train more efficiently and have a new approach to your training? Or maybe you would like to learn which other forms of training, sports or services we offer might help you achieve your goals and improve your holistic well-being?

During our Guidance and Consultation hours, a personal trainer is available for you at the gym. A personal trainer will give you

  • tips for training to support your goals and needs
  • tips for correct and safe techniques
  • guidance for using the equipment in the gym
  • tips for which forms of training, sports and services would benefit you.

Guidance and Consultation is a a free service open to everyone. You do not need a reservation or a season card.  Find the next convenient time for you and just turn up!

If you want, you can also stay and do a gym training session (pay a per-visit fee or use your 10-visit card or training card).
