Operations at UniSport Viikki ending

UniSport operated services; group training and single and regular reservations at Viikki Teacher Training School will end after the spring season, 31st of May 2022.

The decision is based on minor use of the Viikki facilities as well general financial situation of UniSport. In addition, years of decrease in the number of customers has led to services being unprofitable.

Our aim is to introduce new training facilities in the Viikki campus area that better accommodate the needs of our customers. The search for new available facilities is ongoing and UniSport hopes to find a functional solution in the near future, which will hopefully mean that operations may restart in the upcoming years. Further information will be announced later as we know more.

Other centres in Kumpula, Kluuvi, Porthania, Meilahti, Töölö and Otaniemi will continue operating as usual. Also, please keep in mind that UniSport offers extensive online-services that enable training at home or wherever you are!
