Total Training: classes
Total Training is a comprehensive and intense workout that combines the efficiency of circuit training and the challenges of functional training. The class includes movements to develop your strength and body control, exercises to lift your heart rate, and jumps. After a thorough warm-up, the class moves on to a circuit training workout with three different exercises.
Who is it for?
The class is suitable for all those that want an effective workout. Some parts of the class will involve maintaining a high heart rate.
How can I participate?
You can participate in Total Training through the weekly group exercise classes. The class begins with constructing the circuit training stations and going through the exercises, after which the actual training begins. Make sure you arrive to the class on time. Bring stretchy sports clothes, gym shoes, a towel and a drinking bottle.
