BODYPUMP® is a muscle training class in which you train your whole body using barbells. The class develops your muscle endurance through carrying out many repetitions with the same muscle group. The BODYPUMP® programme changes according to the Les Mills concept every three months.

How can I participate?
You can participate in BODYPUMP® through the weekly group exercise classes. Please arrive in time to gather your equipment according to the instructions given by the instructor. Bring stretchy sports clothes, gym shoes, a towel and a drinking bottle.
