Barbell Workout Techniques: courses

Do you enjoy training with free weights? Do you want to make sure that you are using a safe technique when you do dead lifts, squats or other common barbell exercises? If the answer is yes, come to UniSport's Barbell Workout Techniques course!

On the Barbell Workout Techniques course, you will gain mastery of the most common barbell exercises. After the course, you will know the basic techniques and variations for squats, dead lifts, overhead presses and chest presses, and you will be able to avoid the most common errors of technique for these exercises. During the course, you will receive individual instruction and will learn the appropriate accompanying exercises for improving your technique with each of the main exercises. In addition to mastering the exercises, you will identify the optimal weights for each exercise in order to ensure you can independently continue to practice the exercises both safely and efficiently.

Who is it for?

The course is suitable for more experienced gym-goers, those that only occasionally use barbells, and first-timers as well. It is best, however, if you already have some experience of gym training.

How can I participate?

You can participate by joining UniSport's Barbell Workout Techniques course. Bring stretchy sports clothes, gym shoes, a sweat towel and a drinking bottle.
