Zumba® is fun and effective dance work out which combines several styles, such as merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, Bollywood, salsa and hip hop. This class consists of energizing moves and rhythms, which will make you sweat! The main goal is to move and have fun in Zumba class!

This class is for everyone interested in dance. Classes may include short, choreographed segments.
How can I participate?
You can find the Zumba class in our weekly group training classes. Bring along stretchy sports clothes, indoor training shoes and a water bottle.
